The Board is aware of those residents that want the amenities reopened. The amenities are expected to reopen within the next two weeks or less with reduced capacity to support Social Distancing along with a few other restrictions. This page will be updated as soon as a firm reopening date is selected.
The board must hold a meeting sometime in the near future to discuss and vote on possibly purchasing the recently quoted GAP insurance to cover any possible legal bills arising out of any potential lawsuits not covered under the general liability policy. This is the only coverage available to somewhat reduce the community’s risk when reopening the amenities as insurer coverage excludes communicable disease coverage. There is limited seating at the board meeting as chairs have been placed six feet apart and wearing masks are recommended as a second layer of protection.
Community cooperation is necessary for the successful implementation of the reopening plan. We want to thank you for your patience and understanding as the Board works through unprecedented challenges while attempting to find best solutions for the health and safety of the community.
